Doctor,
As i reduced a lot of my carbs (just eat now some fruit and some safe starches) and since i begin this road i am using a lot of coconut oil. Weel, not to much, but i do cook with it and sometimes eat raw, no reactions at all anymore, before i was very sick with it, now i feel very normal, makes me feel full and i can achieve my calorie intake for the day, as you know, i eat a lot o health fats like avocado, nuts, olives and the coconut oil. So, my question, is there a problem of eating 4 tbs of coconut oil on daily basis?
