High on Water
I used to have hip pain all the time.
On some days I literally have to FORCE myself to get in my water (I add 1/4 tsp ascorbic acid, 1/4 tsp Redmond's RealSalt, 1/8 tsp, baking soda, and 1/8 tsp borax to every 16
oz mug and have 4 mugs daily).
As long as I get in my 4 mugs, I'm fine.
If I don't, I literally need my chiropractor. The atlas is where I get "hung up". It jams so bad it literally "clunks" when he adjusts it.
He notices a BIG difference if I eat minimally and eat foods that agree with me.
It's good you stay away from grains. I've had to overcome that, as well.
I've had several atlas adjustments this year. I'm finally not needing them so often.
Maybe you need another one, since it's been a year.
