I can see that those badly effected by the charge of Iodine in Iodized Salt over the years would get relief from this..

Unfortunately there is a lot of bad information by folks who know very little about Iodine in the nascent state. It is Iodine which is not elemental as I2 or an iodide, such as is found in a salt like potassium iodide. We produce Iodine in the nascent state by taking tincture of iodine (iodine dissolved in alcohol) usually 2% (most popular) an following a procedure similar to the one recommended by Edgar Cacye to Dr. Bisey in 1931, Bisey thought it was far to expensive to be carried out during the depression.
Atomidine that was produce between 1926 and 1935 was made by Dr. Sunkar A. Bisey. Many folks think his production method is lost today. His company changed hands several times after his death in 1935. A brand that is made from iodine trichloride has mysteriously been called nascent since the word has become popular.
Detoxified iodine was made by a production method similar to Edgar Cayce reading 358-2, several years ago when I visited the facility in Florida. There were a few years when it was made by Steve Melissa, that he produced was according to EC reading 358-1. I bought much of his equipment when he started up and called the electrician who did the special wiring required to create the electromagnetic field required to separate the molecules into nascent iodine atoms. Steve stopped making Detoxified iodine in the nascent state several years ago. He had his own brand for a while but has stopped altogether recently.
A great deal of effort goes into the production of this type of iodine. If you could just take a lot of other types of iodine to get the same effect as iodine in the nascent state, then no one would waste the time and cost to make it.
It is speculated by Dr. Richard E. Bleil, a consultant chemist who worked for the Magnascent manufacturers, that the nascent iodine might attach to a RNA to form the anti viral agent 5-Iododeoxyuridine. We hope to find a University that maybe willing to test this theory.
