I take 1000mg of niacin (flushing) in the morning and I absolutely LOVE how clear my brain feels shortly after.
Around 5p for some odd reason my heart will start pounding a bit and if I take more niacin it stops and I feel relaxed.
I definitely feel like niacin is helping me detox because of how much BETTER I feel, but the problem is when I take it in the evening as well as the morning...my blood Sugar
feels like it slams to the ground.
Would taking Niacinamide be an option in the evening to avoid blood Sugar
crash? I would continue to take the flushing in the morning.
Please share your thoughts :)
