Jeeesh - you've just alerted me to the mix-up i've been experiencing!
There's 2 Wilson's dealing with AF!!
GOD! I've received a hair analysis from L Wilson....but have bought nutritional AF supplements from J Wilson!
The supplements are by Dr J L Wilson - to confuse matters more!
:-/
Well - the supplements by J WIlson seem to have me being able to do some things during the day as oppossed to being bed-bound. Altho' - in reality i think, because i'm taking glandulars in with the mix - as J Wilson's protocol - i'm stimulating my 20% functioning adrenals too much - hence why i have energy but am sweaty, nervous, anxious and trembly.
I'm not saying they don't work - but at this point in time, from reading others advice on chronic adrenal insufficiency, taking glandulars could be too stimulating - ultimately leading to another 'crash' down the line.
I'm experimenting with this theory it seems!
The hair analysis recommendations i got for diet were pretty much what i was consuming for 3 months prior to getting the analysis. I'm finding, with my v. low cortisol production that diet change alone isn't making much difference. It's disappointing to say the least. I do think tho' that if there's 50% functioning or indeed hyper functioning of the adrenals - a diet change could help tremendously - it's about knowing and pinpointing exactly where how far fatigued the adrenals are...which hair analysis helps show. (aswell as saliva cortisol tests etc)
What's helped me the most with chronic insufficiency is stopping life, sleeping for 12 hrs+ and removing myself from all stressors - i.e LIFE ITSELF! (obviously NOT much of a life but desperate measures are sometimes called for)
Everything else i do is trial and error - the latter especially of late!
Thanks for high-lighting the 2 Wilson's online - my foggy-brain didn't realise..i just kept thinking that the website arrangement was constantly being updated! LOL!!
