I'm going to be taking my break for the cleanse now for five days. On your experience, did your condition worsen at all during the break? did you feel worse during the break or did you remain the same? Thanks! I'm kinda scared to start the break, LOL...- Re: 5 day parasite cleanse break #145133

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,012,209I regret ever taking any breaks! My problem worsened. It was awful. Just my opinion. If you need a break from whatever you are doing, make sure you are doing 'something' else, whether it is another brand, or supplementing, say with pumpkinseed oil/castor oil regimen. Be very careful of stopping your momentum. This is just my humble opinion.

it is also important to be sure you cleanse for long enough before taking a break and
starting back up at the first sign of a symptom is also important
listening to your own body and letting it guide you is more important than following the advice of anyone else
one man's cure is another man's poison
different parasites have different life cycles
some multiply every 24 hours
some multiply every few months
a break from Ascaris cleansing is longer than a break from pinworm cleansing
if you are infected with both, it gets complicated
how are you going to do that?

how long would you suggest to last the cleanse? I started a new pinworms/giardia treatment since 10 days now. I started with 5 days Albendazole for pin and after 5 days with a mix of herbs: olive leaf, centaury, ....for giardia and now I think to stop it after the full moon for a while.
what would be the best quantity of the herbs?
should i take also probiotics cause i think the herbs were quite like " Antibiotics ". i become quite constipated and did 1 enema per 3-4 days.
what diet would you recoomend beside sugar, diary, bread out? would some other supplements help the detox ?

best herbs are organic
locally grown if possible
i buy raw herbs in bulk from the local herb store
you cannot go wrong with Herb Pharm brand if you want prepared tinctures
Ingrid says pharmaceutical drugs interfere with the effectiveness of herbs and you are wasting your money on the herbs if you are taking them in conjunction, so i would say to wait until all the drugs are out of your system before going on herbs, because she has watched and studied the effects of herbs on blood parasites under a microscope
