Sometimes when I get a low blood sugar, something unusual will happen. It feels like a yawn, and usually starts up before a bout of sleepiness and the beginnings of yawning spells when my body is feeling ready for sleep. Yes, it happens usually around nighttime. It's happened only rarely for me, I feel like it only happens when my nutrition, activity level and bloodsugars have been very level through the day..
Anyways, it's an involuntary firming up and shivering of the muscles just from below the diaphragm and towards the navel. It's the front wall of my abdomen that shudders, as if it's either struggling or that the stuff in there is undergoing some small change. It's not unpleasant, but it's unusual!
I have 11 amalgams, I'm using
Bentonite clay and a combination of supplements to ease up the load.
I wonder if it is to do with activity in the liver? It feels like it is in the right area.
