I used it both internally and externally,nothing! A huge waste of money, at least for backs.

I've been meaning to post about my sucess using the BF&C capsules. First of all, I should preface this by telling you that I've taken every one of MH's suggestions except I haven't done the OJ fast yet. Also, I've noticed that ever since I started eating a raw food diet 2 years ago, I find that herbs are much more effective than when they are competing with a junk diet.

That said, after everything I've done for my health, I still suffered from frequent neck pain and tension headaches. I have been headache and neck pain free since I started taking BF&C 3 weeks ago. How miraculous! I'm going to keep it up and let you all know what happens.

All Dr. Mom and all Dr. Christopher videos are reall great for this, the BF&C is the backbone of the Christopher Way and they were stopped and not allowed to make it correctly anymore.
