What's alot of pinneapple? Buy one, cut it up and put in a tupperware bowl and eat on it whenever you walk by the fridge. I usually eat alot while cutting it up. Brush your teeth often, it can eat the enamal.
Pumpkin seeds.....I would grind what I thought I could eat in a day, like 1/2 cup whole seeds would make 1/3 cup ground. I added it to everything I ate, tomato sauce, pb sandwiches (on organic ww bread of course), and by the spoonful. I never saw evidence of tapeworm, but I do feel it helped me.
I think garlic is amazing against intestinal parasites. Smash several cloves flat, releasing the juices, then dice very small and spoon into mouth washed down with water, or use a spoonful of plain yogurt to get it down. Never any need to chew. Do it several times daily for a couple of weeks. The only side effect I had to this was the smell, if you do this much, you will smell awful.

Liver Flushing and
Clarkia , you don't see anything, you might not have parasites, or you could have the protozoa type that will never be seen....and all the herbs and foods don't seem to be very helpful. You never really said what your symptoms were.
