Hi,
Not familiar with that particular brand, but I started taking "Oceans Alive" . Only took it about a week.
I did feel more energy, and seemed to have better eyesight. Quit to do a ten day distilled water fast to flush what I thought was the start of a Kidney infection. The flush has worked so far so I will be adding the Phytoplankton to my morning smoothie again.
Read the web site you posted. They both say their's is the best. Go figure. LOL
I also have been taking Ocean's Alive for about a month, and to be honest I do not feel any different.
I tried another brand from UMAC and also didn't feel a thing.
I then also tried E3Live, the only fresh and frozen Blue Green Algae in the world (or so they say !!), and I do feel a difference from taking that. It has enormous amounts of B vitamins in it (like B6) and has all minerals in it, as well as having the richest source of Chlorophyll.
This is what I've settled on now.
That's great that you found one that works for you. I suppose what works for one might not work for everyboy because we all don't start from the same place regarding our supplemental needs.
My neighbor is a 85 year young lady who was complaining one day that she had no energy. I suggested CoQ10. I have been ordering Co Q10 Ubiquinal online because she doesn't do computers. She has been happy taking that for months. About a week ago I picked a different Q10 accidently that had Curcumin [turmeric]. Didn't realize this until it arrived. I told her I would give what I had and order another, but she said she would try the new batch. She likes it better than what she was taking, telling me that she has more energy like the other one and this one makes her arthritic joints feel better.
