I have seen many posts by people that are adamant that their approach IS THE ONLY DIET to heal candida.
some say tons of greens, others say fruit, on and on.
AND I genuinely believe that the people posting HAVE HAD success with EXACTLY the foods they are recommending.
some say "high fat" is the worst for candida and for me it has been amazing (well chelating the mercury was the actual problem, but high fat certainly has not caused any candida issues). I tried "high protein" and it felt just as bad as "high carbs".
and yet, I do not recommend anyone follow my diet plan because I have enough friends who are very healthy thrive on food that would have me conked out on the floor. I know marathon runners who only eat carbs, which has been horrific for me.
at the end of the day I do think our bodies might heal from different food approaches and trying out the different approaches might help you find the one that works best.
interestingly enough, when I saw that the best diet for my blood type (type O) was high fat, I had already figured it out on my own. so that might be one way to see if the foods listed for you, support your healing.
remember, candida is a symptom of an underlying problem.
and PEOPLE PLEEEEASE stop arguing that your way is the only way. clearly that is not true, because different people are THRIVING with different approaches.
and ANYONE who has gotten well, and takes the time/energy to come back here and post for the people who are still sick is a Contributor even if you disagree.
