I'd like to lose as much weight as possible within the next 15 days but I don't have colon waste to lose as I regularly colon cleanse. I also drink plenty of water and nothing else so I'm not retaining water. I don't eat SAD so I'm not retaining carb bloat like most people either.
I also have a lot of muscle and don't want to burn that either..(bodybuilding style) I just want a few pounds
of fat gone ASAP. I've been working on it for a few months and even though my diet is in check, I only average about a pound gone a week. I know if it's gone with fasting I can keep it off but in the past I had fasted much longer than that.
