No catch22-A. Food increases fatigue. I found eating food increases fatigue and clogs the body, lymph and brain with forgein objects/non suitable for humans, stuff.
No catch22-B. The biggest opposition/fight is with self thoughts, not others, if man-made errorful thoughts come into my head, I pay them no heed. I tell erring thoughts that tempt me to eat wrong, 'get lost' and I refocus on good stuff that supports my fasting choices. Once you control your own inner thoughts, temptations, and learn to erase/chase away non supportive internal self thought, self talk, you master control of your own thought, you program your own mind, which programs your body. If someone tries to put me on the wrong path I pay them no heed. I do not even look at thier face. I just ignore them and walk away. And I continue to focus on only good that supports my choice. I do not develope external opposition as controversy only gives rise to trouble. Being single minded in my fasting, even if someone tries to debate with me, I do not debate with him. I view debaters as confused powerless errors. I do not let others error and confusion interfere with my ascent up the stairs on jacobs ladder to our higher levels of consciousness. When I ignore and silently reject the nothing that is error. I get out of the way, so God can correct the error. Fasters have been returning to earth in record numbers, to be around other fasters is an encouraging, uplifting, healing and enlightening experience.
Excellent post.. New moon started on the 22nd, new moon=good time to start things. I have been on water fast since the 15th and I like it. I noticed I sleep more on water fast then on fruitarian,liquidarian lifestyle. Probably an adjustment
The easiest way to stay course is to control ones own thoughts. Being single minded and having control of ones own thoughts is very important. This is truly the quality of an educated person.
Showers, baths, meditations, rest, relaxation, good input from studies, expanding consciousness, conscious awareness of self, thought control, flooding the mind with good input, constructive projects are all good replacements for food.
