Breath fresh air, eat nutrient dense whole foods, drink plenty of clean water, make sure you get plenty of all the nutrients you need (such as magnesium, iodine, selenium, etc.), avoid man-made toxins, avoid and minimize stress and stay physically active - and you are right, you don't have to be a triathelete just an active person who gets some physical activity in daily. Really such a simple formula for optimum health and longevity, but thanks to our SADs diet and mass brainwashing so precious few of us follow it.
