I think on an intermittent fast you will lose more muscle and will end up with loose skin than a water only fast. On a
Water Fast the body will switch over to ketosis and minimal muscle will be lost. But with intermittent you are not giving the body to switch over to ketosis fully. Intermittent fasting is good to do occasionally when your at you desired weight and your doing it to maintain your weightloss or for cleansing. This is what I learned from my research and experience.
