Hi Dr., would a portable sauna make you sweat enough to complete the plan? I don't have a tube or access to a sauna (shower only). MoreThis is a reply to # 1,874,760With steam units, you also have to use purified water, otherwise you'll be getting a hefty dose of chlorine and fluoride in a gas form. The water units also need to have something like grapefruit seed extract added to them to kill molds.
