I'm on day 18 of the Plan and eating more animal protein than usual enjoying the way my body feels in regards to less gas and hardly any more IBS type irritation lower abdominal aches...I'm ingesting anywhere from 6 to 8 250 mg HCL and pepsin caps with each protein rich meal to reduce my acidic reflux symptoms also with great success although sometimes I still get a little heartburn but much less often. My question is how much HCL should I take per meal and can one hurt themselves with too much?
