Esmee....What a wealth of information in your 'intro to Dry Fasting'. Thank you very much. I wish more people could read it. I read most of it, and heard the 'Amen'. I will later print it, and read it all in detail. I feel certain I'll find a plan that's Best for me......WY
P.S. I like Dr. Filonov advising to start slow....Dry Fasting for only 36-hours once a week....and build from there. That doesn't mean you're a 'wimp' forever. Some of the Dry Fasts are very aggressive. But you don't start with 40-days after living your whole life on junk-food.
Easy does it.
