I use Dr Wilsons Adrenal Rebuilder. Im in canada and this one is available locally. Ive been on it over a year, not sure its helped. What do you use and do you think it helps?

This is a reply to # 1,853,524Thanks, I've been taking an oral capsule of adrenal cortex, but really have not noticed this helping.
I do have some digestive issues to still work on too.
Anyway, I think sublingual works much better.
How much do you pay and where ... to get it?

None. I just started to go slower and let the system rebuild itself. Licorice and others helped ensure I didn't over do it.
