it has been 5 weeks, many emails to your company as well as privately to you. voicemail left and presently Humaworm's voicemail doesn't accept messages because it is full.
don't you think A RESPONSE to why our product isn't arriving is Relevant?
I have purchased from Humaworm several times when your dad ran it and the product is super fresh but dealing with this level of "service" is definitely a turn off.
I was understanding for weeks...now the compassion is wearing thin.
