Yup. There is a lot of inflammation for a variety of reasons.

The term Adrenal Fatigue is slightly overused. It is really a chronic stress problem. One of the affects of chronic stress is adrenal fatigue, but the stress ravages the whole body.

The inflammation can come from low vitamin D, magnesium deficiency, calcium deficiency, low glutathione, low cortisol...and probably a few other reasons.

Prostatitis was actually one of the 1st problems to show up for me.

The eye floater are from a breakdown of collegen, which is very common since when you are in a stressed stage, the body breaks down protein for energy. You may notice that you have no finger prints and you may be losing muscle mass.

Forgetting what you are doing is also a sign of being in a stressed state. Look into mindfulness meditation. Having a worrying scatter brain is more of a cause of adrenal fatigue and not a result.

Thank you Byron. I didn't really know what Prostatitis was, or that it was an AF symptom. I did know that my prostate was acting older than my years but that recently it's started to act more normal for my age. That's a good thing, and I guess in line with Prostatitis being stress induced.

As the two posters above said Byron, you show some signs of excess stress (or perhaps other things), but not really deep AF signs. That's a good thing as if you manage that stress, reduces the causes, you should be healing quicker than most.
