hey guys i did the egg yolk flush and well first time i got flukes out second nothing. then i heard about annie jubbs flush without Epsom Salts just a significant ammount of olive oil and some citrus. so i decided to add a cup full of olive oil to 3 eggs yolks and four limes. and yup i finally saw those green stones. i must say it's prob my first flush ever! but it is possible without Epsom Salts and that whole saponified stones thing is obviously bogus i smelt the bile like actual vomit so gross. and i did feel sick for a while.

i only got like about 40 ish stones and many dark tanned things shaped like triangles and some stuff that looked like candida cloudy with red veinsy look. am i meant to get so little for the first time? or should i drink even more oil? thanks guys
