I have already apologized but I shall do so once more: I am sincerely sorry that I appeared harsh before.
Arnold Ehret documented a diabetic who broke a protracted fast by eating a number of dates, and due to elevated sugar levels died as a result.
When the organs and blood are purified to such great extent, every single morsel of food that is ingested has a profound effect on the blood and consequently on the body; this, in fact, is why the food consumed after a cleanse of any kind is of paramount importance, as it is this food that rebuilds the body -- and should artificial foods be used to rebuild, then discomfort is the only possible outcome.
A liver such as your own - which clearly must be almost entirely free of stones - will all but guarantee pure blood, which in turn may cause the body to react violently when known poisons are ingested. (And the food you consumed would almost certainly have contained refined salt, sugars, wheat, mercury, additives, flavour enhancers, etc, etc.)
My previous reply was one of frustration and disappointment (and partial bewilderment), and it certainly was not meant to appear elitist or condescending. And again I do apologize. The food you detailed causes stone-formation, and I see little point in flushing if one maintains the bad habits that brought about the need to flush in the first instance. However, this is just my opinion and I am more than glad that you appear to have found the cause of the effect you suffered -- and I duly hope that you never experience pain again.
