Not bad at all. I put a tiny amount of fresh grapefruit juice in it. got it down, no problem.
I have to run out for a few minutes though and I'm not sure what to expect. should I be near a toilet?
I'm a little nervous but mostly excited that I'm actually doing it.
I will post my results.
I'm not sure of one thing, I wanted to go into The Master Cleanse tomorrow.
should I resume normal eating and start the Master-Cleanse on Tuesday? or can I just segway right into it?

i was thinking the same thing, i was expecting an irony metalic taste for some reason..c'mon, i have had shot of vodka that burned my esophgas and made me choke in my young life.ES was an appetizer!
you might want to stick near a rest room,those ES drinks will definetly give you a case of the runs fo sho.The GF/OO drink? if it was advisable, i could drink that concoction daily and not even flinch...i actually like that drink and it's not as gross as everyone else says.I put my in the freezer and then shook it up to make it kinda colder..worked great!

I'm thirsty and haven't had a BM! it's almost 8pm and time for my second ES dose.
Hulda Clark recipe says no drinking or eating after 2pm. does this include water???? if anyone can let me know soon. I would really appreciate it.
