You might take off 10
pounds on water but pretty much most of that will be water weight. It depends on physics. You need to drop 3500 calories to lose a pound of fat. Now if your burn rate is maybe 1500 calories a day and you do water only zero calories then it will take like 3 days for one pound of fat. So to lose 10
pounds of fat could be over 20 days. Sorry but the truth. If you take in more in terms of juice then will take longer if you take in 1000 calories on juice and burn rate is 1500 then you would only be losing a pound a week.
Also I drink 100% juices mostly on juice fast with occasional clamato juice here and there. No problem ,some people do make their own juice with juicers which is fine but pretty messy for cleanup. I bought juicer but dont' use it.
taking off 10
pounds of fat is quickest on water but might take 20 days or so to do it again depends on persons burn rate..
I see lots of people do fast for like 3 days lose 10 get all excited tell their friends all about it,yada, yada then they eat for week and all food pretty much has salt and carbs. they gain back like 7 or 8 pounds and they say well see fasting dont' work you just gain it all back!
But it does work but as said you lose lots of water weight the first three or four days maybe 5 ,10 some obese people can lose like 20 or more pounds thruout the fast of water weight. I seemed to lose around 10 water weight, gained it back then fought down the weight again. And now that am lighter maybe carrying around less like 5 or 7. But we all carry around some.
So just take that into account to lose actual 10 pounds might have to lose 15 to 20 pounds total.
