is it true that Apple Cider Vinegar can deplete potassium levels. I know it contains some potassium but is long term use not recommended? I've been on it for hungry spells/candida and it works great but should I also take extra potassium or is that not needed??
I seriously doubt that apple cider vinegar would deplete potassium. It will provide potassium and there is nothing in the vinegar I can think of that would cause potassium loss other than the diuretic effect. But not all diuretics cause potassium depletion, especially when they supply potassium in the first place. So you do not need to take extra potassium with the ACV.
