hi, I totally understand the low energy...that's perhaps partly why I never followed through much with EFT when I first came across it several years ago. It struck me as very long-winded.
I dearly wish I could find for you a video of Gary Craig(EFT founder, now retired)working with a woman named Lynn who had been diagnosed with a blood condition that basically left her prone (according to the MDs)to blood clots, and just very very tired. She was quite disheartened as you can imagine.
(Alas, all these videos were removed, when Gary left the scene. )Her blood was live-tested in the start of the video, and showed classic "rouleaux". No oxygen, and very sticky blood, to put it simply. He worked with her for about five minutes, tapping on even though (all the "facts"), and whatever else. He didn't even include the phrase "I love..."
He just kept doing rounds, and she repeated what he said. Then he asked her how her energy was. And it had zoomed. So they continued. He had her repeating and laughing "and I'm really tired, so tired.." but she wasn't anymore. And then the blood re-test. Perfect, flowing blood, fast-moving blood cells. No rouleaux. To look at her was to see how she's changed. It' a video I used to recommend, and even watch and tap along with, whenever I felt fatigue.
It sounds to me as though the chemical sensitivity is the first thing you need to address -- that sounds very much like liver toxicity,or certainly burden. And I would try the EFT on that. On everything that feels like it's an obstacle. I can't imagine much that could be simpler. There is even a way to do it mentally, without all the physical tapping. But even that will require some stamina and focus. Which is why I'd work on the fatigue and the MCS first. If you search the forum for video links that might help.
By the way, the fragrant qigong has nothing to do with perfumes or using scents. It's simply a positive side-effect some experience - and the masters routinely display - of subtle and divine scents arising from doing the practice. I also am turned off all fake and invasive scents. I haven't done it enough to experience anything that way--perhaps something very faint, when I began, but that may have been wish-fulfillment. :-)
best wishes,
C
