Our local animal shelter has a $10 special this month to have your pet spayed/neutered. So, I took our puppy one morning this past week. I was to pick the puppy up around 4 that afternoon, but I got there an hour early. While waiting, I heard several dogs moaning and groaning, so I asked the receptionist to please go check on my puppy. She came back and said my puppy was fine.

She then explained that all the moaning and groaning I was hearing happens every day and it's ALWAYS the males. She said the female procedure is a little more involved, but the females are quiet and not complaining.

So..........I said......."So, it's not just our husbands. It's the whole male species."
