I think you would be wise to follow Telman's advice and see a opthalmologist(specialist in eye affections) for a proper diagnosis. Sometimes such things as you describe with your eyes could be an indicator of something more serious that may have nothing to do with jaundice. The only way to be sure is to get a proper diagnosis.
As far as irridilogists go, I don't know if in your case an irridilogist would be the best person to go to. Personally, I have had positive experiences with an irridiologist. One time my left hip was out and I did not know it, a irridioligist checked my eyes and told me to see a chiropractor as my left hip was out. I did not tell the chriopractor anything about this. The chiropractor did advise me that my left hip was indeed out and did the proper adjustment.
