I used to tap my forehead to help me 'come down' from panic attacks. It helped to shorten the attack.
One night I saw Forrest Whitaker getting an Oscar or a GG and he seemed quite frazzled during his acceptance speech. He started tapping his forehead really hard like I used to do and I thought, Hmm, maybe he's having a panic attack....
Anyway, just did my first EFT session and it is awesome stuff.
