Hi Prosporous,
Just a few words of encouragement. Of course ANYTHING we do is met with a certain amount of risk. Wallking across the street is a risk. But the plausibilty of any "horror" is quite low. It is rare to be adversely affected by doing a liver flush, i.e. stone stuckin bile/gall bladder duct. As I understand it, this happens mostly with calcified stones.
You have been preparing very well!!! I think the apples/apple juice made a huge diffence in my first
Liver Flush results. I think the malic acid in the apples really broke them up....I had very few large stones (biggest about 1/2 inch) and most were as smaller, or smaller, than a small pea.
As far as the sugar, I also try to keep the bad type of
Sugar out of my diet, and I went so far as to use the
Sugar substitute Splenda....but Splenda and the rest of the artificinal sweetners are dangerous and not healthy and I have since stopped using this poison. Unfortunately, Splenda is in a large amount of everyday products we use, i.e. mouthwash, toothpaste, gum, etc. But, As long as you do not use table
Sugar (sucrose), you will be fine. Fruit sugar is healthy (Fructose) and will not adversely affect your health. Fructose does not spike the insulin production like sucrose does. The goal is not to eliminate sugar from your diet, but to eliminate the BAD sugar.
I ate 2 apples per day with four 16 glasses of store bought organtic, pasturized apple juice spiked with 1
oz of apple cider vinegar. On the day of the flush, I drank 16
oz of fresh juiced organtic granny smith apple juice....and my first time results were very very good.
Well, with good preparation and a good healthy attitude, I see your 1st flush as being very successful!!
All the best to You!!!
Wavy
