I just received my Oxypowder kit today. I got the full kit that includes the Super Phos. Their schedule for doing the cleanse is different than from what I've read on here. http://www.ghchealth.com/liver-and-gallbladder-flush.html#liver It starts with a 7 day colon cleanse, then the Liver Flush and then the Colon+ parasite cleanse. Shouldn't the parasite cleanse be done BEFORE the liver flush?

Do I have to do their Heavy whipping Cream and fresh berries flush? I just wanted to follow Hulda Clark 's recipie like almost everyone else does. Being lactose intollerant, most likely the heavy whipping cream will just give me major cramps and diahreah.


I am also wondering how I can change the times of my cleanse. I keep seeing "2pm" everywhere. I am up most of the night, morning to me is about 12pm. Will I have to run to the bathroom during the actual liver flush? Because I'd like any Liver Flushing emergency bathroom breaks to be done between 8am and 2pm when I have full access and privacy to the bathroom.
