Dear Dr Lam,
I just joined the gym and want to take the energy milk as i get tired very fast, do you have any suggestions, my blood is Type O.

MoreThis is a reply to # 1,694,970Unless there is a special reason, water is best. Read my article called Milk- Good for your body? in my site where I discuss the merits extensively. Raw milk is the exception.
