Yes the silver will kill good bacteria.

Your best and cheapest bet for good bacteria is milk kefir. Water kefir is of, but doesn't come close to milk kefir.

Your silver injection would not be an enema. An enema consists of inserting a fluid then expelling it, along with all the crap in you intestines.


If you want to keep doing the silver injections, i would recommend doing an enema first.
Search "Welles step" this is great for bowel movements.


I have found that enemas actually strengthen my colon muscles. I would rather clear all the crap out of my colon than worry about becoming dependent of the enema.
