It will take at least 8-10 flushes to see improvements. If you have that many stones and pain you better flush every 2-3 weeks. When you get pain with certain foods you better not use them till you are better. My pain was always in the lower right so I always thought it was strange I did not have pain in the liver area.

, and I found a drawing of the intestines with reflex points. I found the reflex points for gallbladder/liver/pancreas are at the lower right, no wonder the pain was there and came from my gallbladder. I also get pain in my right breast with certain foods and I found the reflex point in the middle right side of the bowel. So now I skip that food.
I also keep my bowels clean and hardly eat meat, diary, eggs, don't drink sodas, just water or red wine :) (not part of the diet). Drink half your bodyweight in ounces
of water per day.
