while we are Water Fasting are we supposed to be doing enemas every so often? I hope not cause I haven't been (yikes)

  I went 11 days w/o one. Just did one salt water flush on day 3 to make sure I was clean and remembered as soon as I did it, why I absolutely loathed them.
