Going to start my fast tomorrow...going to shoot for 10-14 days maybe more just depends on how I feel.
What I am looking for info on is how to eliminate toxins while fasting.
Our body will naturally release some even if we are laying down doing nothing of course but how to speed it up as I expect lots of toxins to be running in my blood.
I read one Dr that says to get heart rate up, massage your body, then take hot bath to sweat them out.
I also read someone that did 40 days and didnt have a bowel movement or do any enemas...
So is it different for different people or should we be focused on eliminating toxins other than just what our body will do on its own if we do nothing.
