Hey! So i just finished a 7 day fast, and I always find it hard breaking them. I can't seem to get beyond 7 days cause I get really bored with it all, but i'm not worried cause I'm still in my early 20's.
So I ate a carrot and an orange at first, which tasted great, but my body wasn't really interested. But then three hours later I couldn't help but eat what I had been fantasizing about the whole time ... avocado on wholemeal bread. 2 slices, 1/2 avocado.
Have I ruined my fast?
