I have recorded all my fasts on here - so just click on my name and read them all. I keep a star chart - like a kids one and I put a star on it everytime I complete a day and an x if I don't manage it.
I started on the 25th June - 7 day fast then I ate for 11 days and then I fasted for 14 days, ate for 2 fasted for 2 ate for 2 then fasted for 4 and ate for 3 and my last fast was 4 days. I then ate for 2 and I start again today.
I know it is better to do one big whooping fast but I didnt make it. But as I am still determined to lose the weight I just continued on.
The results are great as I look younger - wrinkles around my eyes and forehead totally disappeared, nails look stonger and of course I have gone down 2 dress sizes. I have lost in total 20lbs and feel good.
I go back to work on the 25th of August so I would like to do a longer fast now up until the 18th or 19th - Over 10 days. My aim this time is to drink as much water as I can as at the momeNt I feel a little dehydrated.
