I most certainly hope to find out! These were taken 2 years ago and I am totally surprised that I am still standing!
I've searched thru hundreds of Google images and have not found anything remotely like my MRI.
The neurologist seemed to panic after looking at this MRI, and immediately ordered an urgent MRI with dye. Then calmly told me that I had 6 lesions in my brain and that they could be caused by smoking or sleep apnea and to have it checked in a year.
Recently, I have been getting vertigo and barely managed to stop myself from falling. A few days ago, I forgot how to fold a camping chair that I've had for years and have folded hundreds of times. Disconcerting to say the least.
Even my ER doctor friend won't hazard a guess as to what these things are.
I just went to see an amazing eye specialist in Vancouver and she is going to review it with a neurologist that she trusts. I faxed her a few months ago and asked if there could be any correlation between the eye lesion and the 6 brain lesions. She hadn't even seen the MRI and I was very lucky to find them because the CD of my MRI was filed in someone else's file!
