I practice lacto-ovo vegetarian diet with added:
wheatgrass home grown juice and nettle juice and chia seeds.
Before this diet I felt even more intensive symtpoms as matter of fact I felt no energy waves as I do now.
So at the moment I have symptoms that one day I am very successfull to response on obligations and demands of my sorrounding ( job, ... ) with a lot of energ very determined and easy. I am full of hope , plans are more important, ...
The other day I feel some tirednes and stress on what I usually I do not while have good days.
I had very stressfull time couple of years ago. And then I switched to vegetable, fruit, juices ( some period even 90% raw food ) that brought me to the present state.
Sometimes when I am at the office I am getting sleeping. Usually only few minutes of napping I am getting better. So I go outside...lately I try to fix that with some breathing teechniques. But the effect is different from day to day.
But good days ( usually that corresponds when
I cut normal periood of feeding with intensive
juicing of nettle and wheatgrass ) I feel same way productive and opened few years ago while having hard work and training.
I feel that good day so clear and succesfull in accepting everything that comming as event that bad days is as some brain fog?
Is anybody familiar with those symptoms and comment on the rhytm of food or stress actvities. I also train
( run, ride byciycle, climbing ). So when I am outside working I feel totally ok, but when in the office computer, desk I feel waves of tiredness.
What effect could have emotions to other people on brain fog?
