I was DX'd with MS in 2005. Ever since that time, I have had vaginal bacteriosis. Since that time I have developed adult Acne and phglem in my throat and everything seems to be getting worse....the Acne has intensified, the vaginal yeast infection has YET to cease, and the pghlem in my throat intensifies.

Please, please, PUHLEEZ tell me how to stop this madness already!! I Now have medicare and medicaid so I can at least get an RX for whatever I need to take. I just want things to cease and desist!! Do I take Diflucan, Nyastatin, or some other such antifungal?

  I have taken both.
  
  I would recommend diflucan for a week at low dosages 150 or 200 then nystatin.
  
  Nystatin has had brutal die off for me- but I started taking psyllium husk 1 hour after nystatin (powder nystatin is preferred) and it worked wonderfully.
  
  Must note which is always noted- diflucan is tougher on the liver and systematic, while nystatin is more natural and stays in your digestive track.

  I was prescribed Fluconazole 200mg (which is the drug found in Diflucan) for two weeks by my doctor and that was enough to clear up my esophageal Candida infection. I didn't have any side effects from the medication, but that's just me. I did have die-off effects the first week, but those slowly subsided and I was up to 100% towards the end of the treatment.
  
  I've never taken Nyastatin, so I can't offer any personal experience there. Just ask some others who have taken it to get feedback from them.
