I found that FOOD GRADE diamotaceous earth gives me almost immediate relief from the crawling and biting. The DE is a fine "flour" which is sure death to any bug which gets into it. I used a powder puff to dust my body and my scalp only to have the critters move to my ears, nose, eyes and mouth. So I made a paste of the earth and put it all over my face and even my eyes. The DE is perfectly clean and safe for the eyes. Since the tiny grains are sharp like glass for the critters, I use it cautiously around my eyes.
I found this DE at EarthHealthWorks in Utah. They charge only $14.00 for 10 lbs of it. A little bit goes a long way.

I am sprinkling the DE around my carpet, base boards and furniture. More importantly, it is on my bed and inside the pillow cases; in my car, closet, on my clothes, in my shoes and purse, in and on my Cell Phone .

Has anyone else had experience with this? Will it eventually break the cycle? How to kill the eggs?
