My plan seems to work well. I have lost weight and have had no ill affect so far. I think the only issue that has yet to be resolved is the souls bubbling in negativity. I pray for them everyday.
I still have not magically gained a ton of weight from consuming sf cherry limeaid. But I have lost an additional ten pounds.
I still eat 90% raw and allow myself to eat cooked food when visiting friends and family.
Overall I feel really good. There is a huge difference hiking at 221 lbs verses 115 lbs. I do Not feel tired any longer and am thankful that I found strength to complete this fast and push past all the garbage that manages to bring one down when everything is going well.

This is a reply to # 1,499,638Just happened to click on this old forum bookmark, I expected to see a load of "I feel awful, I caved in" messages, but it's really refreshing to see a success story, so I am prompted to say congratulations. Glad you found something that worked for you.
I see you are into good nutrition, I am sure that's the key to your success. Here's a link to a site that I find 100% reliable http://www.vegsource.com.
I won't go on any more about that as this is a fasting forum, and like you I don't need to fast anymore, because I don't get sick or overweight.
