I remember this of the Iodine
Research Project's doctors;
Flechas had his patients routinely doing 50mg a day. If you have the 12.5 Iodorals that would be 4 a day - I think it's preferrable dispersed through out the day if not once in morning and once in afternoon on an empty stomach (taken with water, of course).
Dr Abraham routinely took (and may still take) 100mg per day. (8 tablets). What the body doesn't need it will pee out.
