Day 6 and 7 of the diet, I cheated at one meal each day, and am wondering what the repercussions are?
Dinner: turkey, white rice & black eyed peas, golden GMO corn I am sure (all from Sysco), corn bread (damn, that was good) and a piece of blueberry pecan cake, with sweet tea and lemonade mix (one glass) and a couple of whiskey and waters
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, peach cobbler (1 piece) and lots of coffee...
What did I do to myself here? I don't feel bad or seem to have any adverse reactions, and I am mainly doing the plan for improved health vs. correcting a problem... stayed on all supplements throughout. Did I undue what I have been working on for the last week?
I also deal with gout, and take indomethicin and colchicine periodically as needed, will this hurt my efforts?
