Firstly, the
Liver-Flush is the best and quickest method to get BP down, I have also read years ago, that taking of essential fatty acids, as in MaxEPA, helps considerably to keep BP normal and is also fantastic to take during pregnancy for baby's neurological development.
I'm contemplating another pregnancy myself and you may not want to hear it, but I would recommend you take a break between nursing and getting pregnant again and try to cleanse your liver and kidneys - even if it's only for a few months, even if you're not completely stone free (and you really wouldn't expect to be - it takes almost 1 - 2 years to get rid of all the
liver stones ). But still doing a few has to help and you'll get rid of a lot of sludge and grit in the first one or two liver flushes. Some people have done the
Liver-Flush during their pregnancy in the second trimester but I personally wouldn't do it unless I was deperately ill. I did do a
Liver-Flush while nursing and even though others say it is fine, I believe it temporarily harmed my baby, no lasting evidence but I felt terrible for a few weeks until the red marks on her face dissappeared.
Finally, I just wanted to say that I was reading Dr Clark's book "
The Cure For All Diseases " and she says in there that there have been no noted side effects from taking the anti-parasitic herbs during pregnancy/nursing, even though it's not recommended. You might look at her zapper too, if you took a break between this baby and your next pregnancy you could zap the parasites, much faster than the herbal program and get your cleanses started sooner. Whatever you can do will surely help and your next baby will be healthier for it.
