WoW! After following this forum for awhile, I set myself up to do a
Liver Flush this weekend and I am TOTALLY amazed. I must admit I was somewhat of a skeptic but I'm a believer now! Here's my experience:
I did the Olive Oil/Lemon Juice Flush and followed it exactly, except for adjusting the hour when I started. (We had attended an event on Sat. and didn't get home until 7:00, so instead of starting at 6:00 p.m., started at 8:00 P.M. Adjusted the protocol to make the timing match up on my other doses. Went to bed expecting that the
Epsom Salts /Grapefruit Juice would have me up all night, but that was not the case. I did exactly as the protocol states, laid flat on my back with my head raised on a pillow. (I have never been able to sleep on my back...but I stuck it out.) I did the meditating and placed my hand over my liver/gallbladder area. Shortly after I had reclined there was a big gulp like eruption on my liver area and I assume that was the bile emptying into the liver? Anyway, when I went to bed my abdomen was as hard as a rock and I looked about ready to deliver a baby. This was unusual because even when I'm constipated my normal abdomen is flabby (lots of babies)! I couldn't imagine why I felt so bloated and yet firm.
This a.m. I took the 3rd dose of
Epsom Salts /juice and began the release. I was stunned. The toilet was a mass of floating green balls, the largest being the size of a large pea, and many others the size of baby June peas, then hundreds of smaller round green balls. A lot of seed like harder deposits, moreso encased in the floating feces. I didn't do a lot of examination, but did smash a few of the larger peas and they were just as you all describe. Fatty, green on the outside, tanish insides. This continued all day and I am still passing a couple of stones with every trip to the toilet. There is no way I could count all of them. There was also a lot of what I guess you all call floating chaff. I went to sleep this afternoon at 3:30, woke at 7:00 and have been working like a house afire since.
Thank you for all the support that is provided to this forum. I'm hoping that I will avoid surgery with this program. My next plan is to do the
parasite cleanse, followed with the B&P. There's no telling how much water I have consumed today, but at least one gallon. With every large glass of water, another payload. I will repeat in two weeks to see if there is anything left to expel. I am so elated. Now I'm just like you veterans. Fascinated with poop!
Thanks again,
Lizbeth
