The following is a record of my first gallbladder/liver cleanse, to which I owe a debt of gratitude to everyone at the curezone website. Last week I was told by my doctor that an ultrasound had revealed
Gallstones and sludge in my gallbladder. This was after two painful attacks over the holidays (one month ago) during which I was rushed to the emergency room thinking I was having a heart attack. My doctor referred me to a surgeon who could remove my gallbladder, and warned me that left untreated, my
Gallstones could eventually kill me. That scared me, all right.
I made an appointment with the surgeon, then went online to learn what I could about gallstones. After stumbling onto the curezone website, I cancelled my appointment and decided to try the cleanse for myself. I figured I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, which turned out to be more than correct.
The more testimonies I read, however, the more scared I became. I was afraid that I would have another painful attack during the cleanse, that I should wait until after doing the
parasite and kidney cleanses, that I wouldn’t be able to stomach the
Epsom Salts or olive oil, that I would be nauseous and vomit, and after everything else that I wouldn’t pass any gallstones. My fear of surgery was greater than these fears, however, so I plunged ahead.
I decided to do the cleanse on a Friday night so I would have both Saturday and Sunday to recuperate. On Thursday I sipped fresh apple juice all day – nearly a gallon in all. I ate some cucumber and daikon sushi for lunch, and boiled potatoes for dinner. Friday morning I continued drinking apple juice, had oatmeal for breakfast and boiled potatoes for lunch. Following Dr.
Hulda Clark ’s regime, I stopped eating and drinking at 2:00.
Mid-afternoon I squeezed about a dozen grapefruit and mixed the strained juice with
Epsom Salts , following Dr. Clark’s measurements exactly. I continued to work, but felt myself increasingly worried about the activities to come. At 6:00 I drank the first portion of
Epsom Salts and lay down. Shortly thereafter I began shivering from cold – my fingers were like icicles and no amount of blankets seemed to warm me up. I tried to nap but it was difficult. At 8:00 I drank the second portion and continued freezing. My guts were gurgling somewhat, but I was able to fall asleep until my alarm went off at 9:45.
I tried to mix the portions of olive oil and grapefruit juice recommended but found myself dashing to the toilet every two minutes with diarrhea and lots of urine to expel. Every time I went back into the kitchen I got dizzy and had to run back to the toilet. Time was ticking, but fortunately I’d asked a good friend to be on hand in case of emergency, so she mixed the olive oil while I was in the bathroom. For a few minutes I was very dizzy and thought I would black out, but I regained my strength and returned to my bed. Instead of freezing, I was now sweating profusely and had to peel off most of my clothes.
My friend brought in the olive oil mixture along with 4 ornithine capsules as suggested. At exactly 10:00 I gulped down the olive oil through a straw, swallowing the capsules along with it. I never even tasted the olive oil, but still I rinsed out my mouth with V8 juice afterward. I immediately lay down on my back with my head slightly raised and remained stock still for 30 minutes. I had my friend put a plastic colander in the toilet bowl and a pitcher of water next to the toilet. I had to ask my friend to cover me once because I was cold, but other than that, there were no problems. I fell asleep shortly thereafter.
Upon awakening at 6:30, I drank the third portion of Epsom salts, set my alarm for 8:30 and fell back to sleep. At 8:30 I took the last portion of Epsom salts and returned to bed. Shortly thereafter I awoke with the urge to make a bowel movement, went to the toilet and expelled approximately 50
Gallstones of all sizes, some as large as marbles. There was no pain – just a lot of diarrhea which rinsed away with the water leaving the green stones in the colander. I collected the stones in a jar and went back to bed. I stayed in bed most of the day, not because I was in any pain but because I wanted to take it easy just in case, and because it was near the toilet, which I visited many times on short notice. Each time there was watery diarrhea and a few stones. By the end of the day I’d passed nearly 100 stones.
At around noon I had some fruit juice, then later in the day I ate some melon, drank some miso soup, and sipped more fruit juice. I wasn’t hungry or thirsty, but I did eat some boiled leeks for dinner. Having weighed myself before and after the cleanse, I’d lost 8 pounds.
It seems in retrospect that my fears were misplaced. I actually liked the taste of the Epsom salts mixed in the grapefruit juice, and didn’t even taste the olive oil. It probably helps that I like grapefruit juice. There was no pain at any point, and although I was concerned at the time about my chills, they soon passed and seem not to have been a problem. At various times throughout the process I had a slight headache, but I think this may have been self-induced due to all the worrying I was doing.
I have scheduled
Liver Cleanses every two weekends from here on until I flush without any stones. I have also scheduled my first
colonic irrigation, plan to do the
parasite and kidney cleanses, will learn how to give myself enemas, and have decided to return to the much healthier eating patterns that I used to have.
Today is Sunday and I feel fine. All I can say now is – remove my gallbladder? No way. Not as long as sensible, healthy, natural methods such as Dr. Clark’s exist, and wonderful people at the curezone are along to lend their wisdom, experience and encouragement. Thank you all for your testimonies, and I now add my voice to those that say JUST DO IT!!!
