I have had many digestive problems due low levels of acid that were resolved with high doses (250mg/daily) of B vitamins (especially B1-B3-B6, involved in the production of hydrochloric acid) ... these vitamins (B group) are also highly related to mood. Also there are other nutrients (magnesium,calcium,zinc...) that are important in Depression
and may be low due to candidiasis (candida stole a lot of nutrients!)
Also there is lot of research about this:
"Candida depletes B6 and because yeast prevents B6 from converting into its active form, Pyridoxal-5 Phosphate (P5P), those with elevated candida may need to take pre-converted B6 (P5P) until the candida is brought under control."
So you can try B-Group plus P5P. I am taking both (25mg/every b-vitamin and 50mg of P5P daily).
